Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Print the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label and the return form provided in the confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the return form, and securely seal the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping point and keep the receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
